Refund Policy

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unused items within 14 days of receiving the item/items. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, dry-cleaned, altered, or damaged.

Please be aware that returns on accessories such as headwear, bags, or underwear are not accepted.

Additionally, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded unless MAGMA film made an error with your order. We  is not liable for return shipping fees or lost returns.

Exchanging Goods

We do not reserve stock for exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange an item, you may return the original purchase according to this policy and, depending on availability, place a new order online or make a purchase in-store.

Returning a Package

Before returning any items, please contact us at magmafilm329@gmail.com with your order number included. We cannot accept packages sent without prior communication. If your return request meets our criteria, we will provide you with a link or further instructions based on your shipping location.

For international returns, please clearly label the package as "returned goods". MAGMA is not responsible for any return customs fees, which will be the customer's responsibility and deducted from the refund.

After we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
